Insurance & Direct Billing
Many extended health plans cover RSW services. Direct billing available for many providers. Confirm coverage with your insurer before booking. Receipts provided for reimbursement.
EAP / EFAP Programs
If you are accessing therapy through an Employee Assistance Program, sessions are billed directly to your authorization. Your credit card on file is only charged for late cancellations or missed appointments not covered by your program. Unsure if this practice is covered under your plan? Reach out before booking and we can help clarify.
If you are accessing services through NIHB, sessions are billed according to NIHB policies. Your credit card on file is only used for any charges not covered by the program, such as late cancellations or missed appointments where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
24 hours' notice required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee and are not covered by insurance or most third-party programs.

Payment
Processed securely through Stripe via Jane App. A valid credit card is required on file. Financial information is not stored on practice servers.
